Processing Times

 

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
  • During busy periods (such as holidays or major sales), processing times may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience!


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States & Canada 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)


Shipping Delays

Crowned Energy Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey and stay updated on its delivery status.

Please make sure you subscribe to our emails and check your inbox (including spam or promotions folders) so you don’t miss important updates about your order.

Fulfillment Policy

 

  • Standard Orders: All orders must be fulfilled (including delivery) within 15 days.
  • Custom-Made Items: Please allow up to 30 days for fulfillment and delivery.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, and seasonal demand.


Incorrect Addresses

 

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

 

Crowned Energy Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at hello@crownedenergyco.com so we can attempt to assist before the order ships.


Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around your home or delivery area.
  2. Check with neighbors or household members.
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier.


Sometimes packages are marked delivered a little before they actually arrive or may be placed in a nearby safe location.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at hello@crownedenergyco.com within 3 days of the delivery date so we can assist you in locating the package.

Packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier are not considered lost. However, we will do our best to help investigate and support you with the carrier.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email hello@crownedenergyco.com within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
